Simon is driven by a commitment to creating better spaces for all, realised through the considered integration of form, function, and detail. As a Director and Architect, he is passionate about guiding projects from initial brief to built reality, transforming ideas into enduring structures.

Simon leads the Greenway team and their clients through a collaborative process grounded in culture, open dialogue, and attentive listening. He believes the strongest outcomes emerge from the acceptance and integration of these values. This collective approach underpins his work across Public, Education, and Civic architecture, as well as a broad range of other built environments.

Actively involved in every project he leads, Simon places strong emphasis on building long-term relationships and fostering trust, both within the practice and with clients. This hands-on engagement is central to his leadership of Greenway Architects.

Simon is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects and serves on its Chapter Council, as well as representing South Australia on the Institute’s National Practice Committee. He is also a member of the Association of Consulting Architects, an Elected Member of the Architectural Practice Board of South Australia, and an Assessor for the Board’s Architectural Practice Examinations.
