Eyre Sports Park

Creating a new sense of community and a place of activity, Greenway worked with the City of Playford and the precinct’s developers, AV Jennings, to design a new clubroom and changeroom facility located between two playing fields with a playground immediately adjacent. The clubrooms and ovals will be the State’s premier rugby league venue and are designed to meet NRL and Cricket Australia standards. The interface from the oval to the clubrooms has been carefully designed to ensure seamless transitions between the two.

The building itself contains four change rooms, kitchen and bar facilities, indoor and outdoor social spaces, meeting rooms, stores and umpiring facilities.

Simple but striking building forms, robust yet eye-catching materials and clever and efficient planning mean that this facility will serve its community right now, and well into the future.
