Babcock International Group Level 10 Fitout

In 2016 Babcock (a global company) merged two different Australian-based business units – a helicopter business based in Brisbane and a predominantly Defence based business located at Mawson Lakes – into new premises in the Adelaide CBD. The integration of the two different organisations was vital, and the location of a central Work Café was seen as an integral part of this desire. Each group operated independently, so shared spaces such as meeting rooms, utility spaces, and the work café were excellent opportunities for staff to interact and get to know each other. By locating many of these spaces centrally, the two units are visually and physically linked and have assisted in the unification of the staff into one consolidated business.

Babcock wanted a vibrant and stimulating atmosphere which we achieved with the judicious use of colour and some bold graphics showing the diverse range of services provided by the Babcock Group.
