Greenway has been engaged by Renewal SA as Lead Consultant to undertake all base building upgrade works as well as a new Store and Logistics building with loading canopy at no 2 Second Avenue Mawson Lakes for the Codan group. The project also includes a new driveway and civil works to enable semi- trailers to service the site.
The significant lease deal was announced recently in the Advertiser Business Journal and is the culmination of a considerable amount of effort by all parties involved. It is a win-win result as it relocates a strong South Australian high tech company into a vacant 7,500m2 Government owned facility at Technology Park in Mawson Lakes.
Greenway has been working in very close association with Codan's architect, Christopher Parker Architects to achieve an integrated new build, base building upgrade and fitout that reflects Codan's philosophies and provides up to date accommodation and excellent facilities for the Codan group's 250 employees who will work there.
Construction is anticipated to commence shortly with completion just prior to Christmas this year.
